RFID and S-CHIP implants by end of 2013

HR 3200 RH America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009

This post concerns America's  resolution to implant in each person an RFID chip by 23rd March 2013. A transponder will be planted into each citizen which will be linked to bank accounts, personal records and will also have tracking capabilities. All this information is aimed at being provided in real time. briefly stated, the noteworthy provisions are as follows:

"The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

A class II implantable device is an:

“implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

"Deemed appropriate by the secretary" seems to confer a rather broad discretion

It is also stated that the center must:

“encourage, as appropriate, the development and use of clinical registries and the development of clinical effectiveness research data networks from electronic health records, post marketing drug and medical device surveillance efforts”.

The device itself will:

"enable the real-time (or near real time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card; enable, where feasible, near real-time adjudication of claims."

Pretty scary.

  1. Methinks we are all in denial about "real-time end-time". The BIBLE is TRUTH. Question we should all be asking Am I ready and have I really focused on getting back to where I came from.

  2. Agreed. What I've been thinking about lately, please don't misunderstand what I'm saying here, is whether this is actually the mark of the beast. Are we looking for a mark or a location? The Bible says that the mark of the beast will appear on the forehead or wrist I believe it was? So it doesn't actually say what the mark is, only that this mark will be placed at this location on the body. In essence therefore, we will know it is the mark by the location. I guess then that whatever is placed on the wrist or forehead must be "the mark of the beast"? This begs the question: If we all received stickers tomorrow of...I don't know anything arbitrary, lets say a beach ball and this sticker would be the means by which we shop etc (almost like sticking a credit card in the form of a beach ball to your wrist) would this still be the mark?

  3. If one were to interpret it literally but there are all schools of thought regarding the interpretation of the bible and more especially Revelations in that there are many images contained in Johns visions which were not part of his era i.e locusts with horned breastplates could be airoplanes droning so most philosophy around this book is that the mark will be microchips into the palm of the hand initially and when criminals are banal enough to start cutting off their victims hands to obtain the financial info, statutory enforcement will lead to the chips being implanted in the forehead. Gives a whole new meaning to the term "Dont lose your mind".

  4. True and there is an aspect I forgot to mention as well. Its actually quite important in determining what the mark is exactly. Its almost laughable that I neglected it. The Bible says that a person will also not be able to buy or sell without the mark. Of course this is exactly what the RFID and S-CHIPs will do. It therefore seems quite telling in as far as the mark of the beast is concerned.

As to implanting the Chips into the forehead. This is interesting. I used to think that it was a mere alternative which it is, but I had never thought of it as a resort in terms of what you seem to be suggesting. Interesting idea. Of course, cutting off arms etc shouldn't be too much trouble for South African criminals. Just a few weeks a go one of our policeman's hands were cut off by striking miners. So, no problems there. Seems there will be no strikes surrounding this topic.
